Two foot kick
A ball hangs on a rope from the basketball hoop.
At first it hangs at about chest height.
The student approaches the ball.
Feet together.
They jump.
And attempt to kick the ball.
Their feet must remain together at all times.
Think it’s easy?
Try it.
